Shipping Policy
We at Pearls Palette value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Envia shipping ,Shiprocket, Delhivery, Kerry Indev & Ecom Express.
            * Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email
            * Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on all the prepaid orders
If it is COD order , 99 will be the charges on cart value .

In an event wherein the customer wishes to alter his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either Whatsapp us at 7011812154 or Dm us on Instagram @pearls palette  stating the ORDER No.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
